Testing services we offer

Manual Testing

Our Manual testing experts have an in-depth knowledge in business that helps us test the application functionally in various phases of unit, system integration and user acceptance testing. Our manual testing effort covers performance, load, security and load testing to make sure a defect free environment in production. All the documentation of test case, plan, results, bugs are stored in test management/defect tracking tools like TestLink, Bugzilla/Mantis. We maintain a fair relationship with the development team (external client's team or internal team) to convey all the issues and follow up on the fixes by carrying out regression tests. Our clients are highly satisfied with the deliverables so far and almost 95% of our clients have come back to us with more work due to quality in our deliverables.

To the "advantages of manual testing" one can refer its reliability in comparison with automation that cannot for sure predict and cover all possible cases. Only manual method has such secret weapon as human inference, reasoning and of course intuition. Handset testing can be applied in both small and large projects. And maybe the main peculiarity of it is that only manual testing can change test plan in the middle or just stop it in order to examine thoroughly something that a tester has not taken into consideration before. In the same way a tester can update a test case in accordance with movement of the project that is impossible in automated testing.
